About Bloom Cycle

Born from a moment of
self-recognition.

We're a small Brisbane studio turning reclaimed timber into bespoke trophies that actually mean something — for organisations, events, and government clients who want recognition aligned with their values.

Our story

How a single trophy
changed everything.

Bloom Cycle began the way the best things often do — quietly, in a hard moment. Our founder Zoe was deep in autistic burnout. Low, exhausted, and looking for something — anything — to lift her spirits, she called a help line.

The counsellor's suggestion was unexpected: make a trophy. For yourself. For getting through. For the small wins no one else sees.

She made one. And it helped — beyond words.

That single act of self-recognition became the seed for everything we do now. Bloom Cycle exists because Zoe felt firsthand what real, meaningful recognition can do for a person — and decided to make that feeling available to everyone.

Today, every trophy we make carries that origin in it. We're not in the awards business. We're in the business of helping people feel seen — whether they're an employee being recognised at an end-of-year ceremony, a community volunteer being thanked for years of service, or a young person picking up their first award at a government youth summit.

Recognition, done right, is one of the most powerful things we can give each other. We just happen to make ours out of reclaimed timber.

Founder · Maker

A Brisbane-based neurodivergent artist, designer and social entrepreneur working where sustainability, art and inclusive design meet.
